Each module is exported as CSV. The spreadsheet does not contain the attachment bytes.

Zoho's backup writes the records as CSV and the attachments as a separate zip. We write both into one SQLite file per run. The file belongs to your organization. You can download any version kept online. If an agent deletes data in Zoho, you can restore one record, or a single field on that record.

The download link is valid for at most seven days. After that, Zoho does not keep the file.
What we run
One file, several versions.
Each run writes one SQLite database. The rows and the attachment bytes are in that file. It is stored online. More than one version is kept. Any version can be downloaded. Nothing is installed on your computers.

Connect
An admin connects a Zoho organization in the browser. There is nothing to install.

In the beta, the run is weekly. A daily run comes with a higher plan. A large organization, or a heavy set of attachments, takes hours, because Zoho's API sets that pace.
